All new clients are expected to arrive at least fifteen minutes early for their first appointment to talk through treatment expectations, goals, and create a plan for their customized massage experience. Returning clients please arrive 5 min early.

Massage Services Offered

Therapeutic Massage

A therapeutic massage session targets specific areas of injury, pain, and/or tension. Techniques such as cupping, deep tissue work, and neuromuscular trigger point therapy will often be used during these sessions.

Swedish Massage

A Swedish massage session promotes full body relaxation, eases muscle tension, and reduces stress, amongst a host of other benefits. Think long, thorough, connected strokes that ease the nervous system and drop you into a deep state of relaxation.

My massage style blends Swedish and Therapeutic massage so that your session is both relaxing and addresses areas in need of extra attention. Our booking platform has these services listed separately, but don't worry about what you choose- we will talk about your goals and create a custom massage that fits your needs at the time of service.

Pricing

My pricing includes a choice of my homemade Arnica or Calendula Salve for your session. It also includes any additions of aromatherapy, hot towel wraps, cupping, and/or gua sha.

60 minutes: $90

75 minutes: $110

90 minutes: $130

120 minutes: $160

Returning Client Discounts

Purchase a package of four (or more) massages up front and receive $10 off each session. If you cannot pay up front, no worries! Just book out your sessions to receive the same discount and you can pay as you go. Package deals are sold or scheduled out in person at the time of payment.

Sliding Scale Discounts

I feel very strongly that massage should be accessible to everyone. I discount $10 from any massage service for anyone who self identifies as low income. I am also very open to trades, so please reach out if you'd like to talk more about that!

Specialties and Areas of Interest

In addition to the above services, I am certified in Reiki level 1, and have taken an introductory course in craniosacral therapy. I have completed a 16 hour continuing education course in advanced techniques to address dysfunction in the shoulder girdle, cervical spine, and thoracic spine. I have also received training in Psoas release techniques. I am more than happy to incorporate any of these specialties into your massage session, please just let me know.
