All new clients are expected to arrive at least fifteen minutes early for their first appointment to talk through treatment expectations, goals, and create a plan for their customized massage experience.

Swedish Massage

A Swedish massage session promotes full body relaxation, eases muscle tension, and reduces stress, amongst a host of other benefits. Think long, thorough, connected strokes that ease the nervous system and drop you into a deep state of relaxation.
Therapeutic Massage

A therapeutic massage session targets specific areas of injury, pain, and/or tension. Techniques such as cupping, deep tissue work, and neuromuscular trigger point therapy will often be used during these sessions.
Add ons
Essential oils, healing arnica salve on feet and areas of extra tension/attention, hot towel foot wraps, and cupping will be provided at no extra charge.
$10 per session will be added at the time of service if you'd like me to use my Homemade Arnica-infused Jojoba oil for your massage session.

In addition to the above services, I am certified in Reiki level 1, and have taken a 16 hour course in craniosacral therapy. I will be persuing continuing education in both of these fields and am more than happy to incorporate what I know into your massage session.
