Growing up in the rivers and mountains of Missoula and working as a native plant and pollinator ecologist for the past decade, I hold a deep love for and understanding of the natural world. I believe that community is the heart of healing and wellbeing of both ecological and human systems alike. In order to create and maintain a healthy community we must heal our own bodies, minds, and spirits and connect back to the natural world.

This connection is the heart of my practice, Mountain Arnica Massage. When we are more connected to our environment (both internal and external) we are capable of making positive, healthy, meaningful change in our own lives and in our communities.

As someone who has dealt with chronic pain for over half of my life, I believe deeply in the life-changing benefits of massage therapy. As a member of the LGBTQIA+ community, I am passionate about creating a welcoming and inclusive place for all. I love my hometown of Missoula dearly and hope to strengthen our community through empowering individuals and helping them along their healing journeys.Â
